About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.
You will provide in-home physiotherapy services, including assessments, rehabilitation programs, mobility support, and falls prevention interventions while working closely with clients and the broader care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for aged care clients.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment and reablement plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, including:
- Strength and balance training
- Mobility and functional rehabilitation
- Pain management
- Falls prevention programs
- Post-acute rehabilitation
- Recommend equipment and home modifications when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes.

Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care.
